Picked these two up in Chicago
From the bartender’s corner – Godfather
A short 30 mile ride to test out the leg
The left leg is not fully recovered. I can walk but any time the leg is stretched, it gives a stern warning. Took the bike out to see if the leg can deal with it. The riding is not the problem. It is how I land my left leg when I come to a stop is what I had to be careful about. Coming down a staircase is a bit of a hassle but the motorbiking went fine.
Out on the lake with my friend from middle school
Not saying I am anywhere close to Stacy
My second variety of coffee from Guatemala
One more from Stacy
From the bartender’s corner – Velvet Gold
This is Goldschläger and Champagne.
Goldschläger is a Swiss cinnamon schnapps with 43.5% alcohol by volume (ABV) and visible flakes of gold. The gold flakes are made from 24 carat gold that has been beaten into wafer-thin sheets by gold-leaf makers. A one-liter bottle contains around 13 milligrams (0.20 grains) of gold.
The gold flakes from Goldschläger and the bubbles from Champagne make quite a display!
