Endurance run at 3pm, 91 F (33 C)
10K (6.2 miles) in 59 min 06 secs. The direct sunlight was a little too much. Started fast but the sunlight slowed me down considerably. The last mile just did not seem to end … I must have looked at the watch some fifty times…
So the runner is on his way.
