I had heard about this famous trail that was named after the famed Silver Comet train service. The trail itself is built on the railway track that was decommissioned about twenty five years back. Nice, shaded, flat, asphalt top surface for running.

That took 4 hours and 15 minutes. Longest run in a day and also highest weekly total – 45 miles.

Now, does anyone have an extra left knee to spare? 🙂
