4miles in Alpharetta. I have “concrete” proof now that asphalt is easier on the knees 🙂

8Km run in confusing roads of Dunwoody. I say “confusing” because the original plan was to run 5km before I got lost 🙂 — at Starbucks.

Monday early morning 5K run to test the knee. The ligaments are still sore (I pulled them bad in the pool over the weekend). Hope to “limp back to normal” soon…

4 miles in the new Merrells. Could my shoes get any more louder? 🙂
