Not the best drink for a cloudy and rainy day like today but Sharmila uprooted a fast growing mint plant this morning and I had to make good use of all those mint leaves!

Last night, tried some pyro-technics while making a cocktail….

Gin, Drambuie, lemon juice, lime juice topped up with club soda…

Drambuie, tequila, triple sec, lemon juice, Angostura bitters and fine sugar…

Gin, green chartreuse, lime juice and sugar syrup…

Not to be confused with Wolf Bite – which is a green colored shot, this is a gin, green chartreuse and grapefruit juice infused drink.
