Triple sec, tonic water with orange wheel

I love the color of the drink. Reminds me of a sunset. Tanquerray gin, sweet vermouth, St. Germaine elderflower liqueur and some bitters…

Gin, dry vermouth, sweet vermouth and triple sec.

I think I was first told about this drink by Jennifer Munroe. It is this Halloween’s special from my bar. It is called Alien Brain Hemorrhage. Bailey’s Irish creme and peach schnapps for the brain coagulation, grenadine for the blood hemorrhage and some blue curaçao to give the ghoulish alien part!!!

Vodka, Campari and Champagne…

Coconut rum, white creme de cacao and lime juice.

Gin, orange bitters, lime juice and some fine granulated sugar…

This can be had as a cocktail or a shooter.
Southern Comfort, grenadine and 7-Up

This is a perfect drink for a cool Fall evening – especially with the bourbon and the tabasco sauce in it.
This is a shooter – so served in a long shot glass. Naturally, one has to pace the consumption properly.
I thought the name was appropriate given that Halloween is approaching us….

Bourbon, lime juice, sugar syrup and a couple of drops of tabasco sauce.
