This is vanilla vodka, Cointreau and dry vermouth. I am supposed to garnish this with a vanilla bean but I could not find any such thing in our pantry…

Bourbon, Benedictine and Angostura bitters. The taste of this drink can be dramatically changed by altering the ratios. This one has 2 oz of Bourbon, quarter oz of Benedictine and just one dash of the bitters.

Lemon, mint leaves, rye whiskey, aperol and sugar syrup garnished with orange and mint sprig.
