I needed to get rid of some remnant Four Roses Single Barrel Bourbon. If you like Bourbon, you might like this. To Bourbon, you add Peach Brandy, Ginger Liqueur and Angostura Bitters. Garnish with some ginger – preferably caramelized.

Initially wanted to make a stiff drink – given the cool, breezy, rainy weather. Eventually, decided to switch to a sweeter, limey drink. Have not made a Swedish Fish in a long time.

Vodka, Triple Sec, Cranberry juice and lime juice. The proper drink carries no garnish. I put in an orange twirl to go with the Triple Sec.

Frangelico liqueur with vodka.
