From the bartender’s corner – Kentucky Longshot

I needed to get rid of some remnant Four Roses Single Barrel Bourbon. If you like Bourbon, you might like this. To Bourbon, you add Peach Brandy, Ginger Liqueur and Angostura Bitters. Garnish with some ginger – preferably caramelized.
