Nice summer drink – slightly bitter, but very refreshing.

Italian Aperol, white rum, orange bitters, fresh lemon juice and some sugar…

Invented in the famous bar and restaurant Zefiro in Portland, OR, this drink is named after the famous actress/dancer/singer. Which is a little curious, since she was a teetotaler. How she managed to marry five times and not ever get drunk is something beyond me.

In any case, this is gin, lime juice, ginger syrup, ginger ale and mint. Very refreshing drink for a hot day like today.

Lime, Tia Maria and Vodka

This drink was invented in the famous 21 Club in New York that Cary Grant used to frequent. Although it is named after him, there are doubts if he ever had it (he was mostly a martini person).

Gin, Cointreau and orange juice.

Gin, lemon juice, triple sec and grenadine

White rum, banana liqueur, sour mix and strawberries…

Irish Cream (Bailey’s), Coffee Liqueur (Kahlua) and Black Raspberry Liqueur (Chambord)

Vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, watermelon juice and cranberry juice.

Gin, blue curaçao and grenadine

Triple sec, Gin, white rum, lemon juice and grapefruit juice.
