Last sunset of this vacation
Humorous marketing for pickleball !!
Loved this rocking chair outside a small shop in Matlacha
Visiting a couple of nearby islands
We first went to the small island village of Matlacha. It is billed to be a old Florida fishing village with a lot of bright art work on the walls. During our drive there, it did seem that the village got terribly affected Hurricane Ian and is yet to recover.
From there we went to Pine Island. This one has recovered a bit more but still long ways to go…

This is the most unique fan blades I have ever seen
Can you solve this?
You must have encountered this many times in your beach trips. You wake up in the morning, pull the curtains and the glass doors are frosted. This is a natural phenomenon. You had the air conditioning on given the heat of beach places. But the outside was humid – again, it is a beach place. So the humidity outside collects on the cold glass door and condenses – giving that frosty look.
I woke up this morning to this same frosty glass door. The problem is that we did not have the air conditioning on. It is freezing here in Florida. How did the condensation happen then?
