I do not know what this flying fish was doing before getting fried but after getting fried, it sure was flying off the plates.

I do not think I have ever seen a full coconut carved out in art form before.

I remember in Turks and Caicos they had Thursday Fish Fry. In Samoa, it was Sunday after church. Here, in Barbados, Friday is Fish Fry day. Which means everybody goes out and has a good time. You eat fish fry, local rum and dance to the DJ out in the open!
