It was a bit cold but the sun came out. Temperatures dropped in Atlanta to more spring like weather (and will be like this for another week). On the return trip, I stopped at my favorite Cumming coffee shop – Community Cup. It is one of the few coffee places that has bar seating upfront where you can work and chat with the barista at the same time.

Was a bit overwhelmed by all the celebrations that seemed to be going on in front of the coffee shop. Decided to park the bike a little further away and find out what was up. Turned out it was the fifth anniversary for Community Cup!

Took a long drawn out route to get there but eventually reached BHCC in Ballground! Was good to see Baylee. Love her fighting spirit!

Reached the milestone in about a year and three months. The same milestone was reached with Phoenix in half that time!!! Seems like I need to spend more time on the road…

Slightly unsuccessful hunt for a coffee shop. Headed first to Whitetail Coffee. Restoration Brewery area was a mess. There was a big festival going on. Parking was not easy. Rode to Joe Muggs coffee next. Found out they have closed. Settled for sitting down at Books a Million and catching up on some reading.

He: Sit down outside and watch people.
Me: Take the motorbike out for a ride.

Which meant the sunshine had to be taken advantage of. It was a bit cold – especially with the wind though. The layers and heated gloves came to the rescue!
