Brought out the national liquor of El Salvador – Flor de Fuego that I had gotten from my trip there a few years back. Mixed it up with watermelon juice and lime juice. Smooth and stable fall drink.

Brought out the aged rum I had gotten from St. Croix. Other than that, this has simple syrup, lime juice, Drambuie, ginger liqueur and bitters.

Gin, coconut water, lime juice and bitters.

Tried this one with juice from the pink guava. Vodka, lime juice and some rock salt to go with it.

Opened a fresh can of guava juice Sharmila had gotten from the Indian store. Picked up a recipe from the internet. Had not made a tequila based drink in quite some time!

Had not made a cocktail in a long time. We go out every evening to drink. Today, I stayed in and made this drink.

Having sugarcane juice laced with some lime juice and rock salt from the street side vendor was a big part of our growing up in India. Tried making a martini today with sugarcane juice. For this round, used ginger and tajin salt. For the alcohol, used gin. Might try vodka the next time – the nose was a bit flooded by the gin aroma.
