Found this on the internet. What caught my eye is that this is EXACTLY the curve I am on. Till the fourth point. Exactly in the same sequence. (I would have never thought I would actually move from Apple watch to Garmin!)

Now I am curious about what does “Go Clipless” even mean. Also, can I skip the next step, please?

Interrupted by a coffee session with the Chalupa runners group!

Took 1 hour 46 minutes and involved an elevation gain of 938 feet.

After biking to the bar, now biking to the coffee shop to meet a friend. Between sleeping off in the bar and waking up at the coffee shop, this bike riding has been a serious hysteresis curve for me!

These days, I take my bike there!! Went to Central City Tavern today with this and met Sharmila and Jay Jay there!

Started around 9:30am. It got hot very quickly!

Question for veteran riders – do you prefer riding on the road or in trails? This morning I went to the Greenway trail. For some reason, it was not as enjoyable as the portion that I did on roads. I thought without any cars zooming by and the trail being totally empty, I would like it more. In fact, the green trees, the creek and deer all over made for some great scenery.

But I am not sure I enjoyed the flatness of the trail or the small gaps in between the concrete slabs every three meters or so. On the way back, ditched the trail and took the normal roads. Enjoyed that much more.
