    I started when I was 32. Some might suggest I am determined to make up for lost time!! That said, I have had some fantastic learnings this year studying up the origins of gin making and visited a lot of distilleries to understand the intricacies of production.

    Tangerine with a pinch of salt and sugar! Had it in Sweden. Never could get anything EVER like that! Looking forward to your suggestions☺
