That was not the deal!
The original deal, as I recollect was that I was supposed to get her a car after getting married. I never ever agreed to getting her four cars in 20 years of married life 🙁 Somebody needs to throw in the penalty flag…
Congratulations on the White Beauty that roars with a V8 voice. A wonderful machine to drive.
Lexus?
Anniversary today?
GX 470?
Nice car ….
Indrani, we are on that anniversary trip again? 🙂
Intersections 😉
Jayaraman, Ramesh you guys are good! I did not even know such a car existed till Sharmila told me she wanted one!!
Lucky Sharmila…she wanted one and she got one…alas, there are so many things I want, but I get very few. Sourav Ray, are you listening? All I am telling you is learn from your friend
Oh! Boy! I am going to be in trouble with Sourav!
Did the original deal say “EXACTLY one car”?
No, it’s a GX 460. I was recently rewarded with one.
And a Maltese to boot. I have a Maltese too.
I took a guess. Which model?
Looks so much like the Buick Enclave
Lynette is absolutely right.
Jayaraman, I think Sharmila’s algorithms for choices tries to optimize the price – from the other side : unless it us a husband, in which case she goes with the cheapest one 🙂
I think for the husband she went with the one she knew could negotiate the best .. because she knew she could out negotiate him 🙂
Princess seems to stake a bigger claim on the car, that’s another flag, enjoy the car!
Nice…
Question now is …..can u outrun it?
A Lexus. I like that!!
Isn’t Lexus (and hence the GX470) aToyota brand? I distinctly remember a post about a shipment from a Hyundai factory….am I missing something?
Indeed Antara, Lexus started as a top secret project in Toyota in1983. It is the luxury brand of Toyota. They have different manufacturing facilities than Toyota cars but often share parts and chassis
I love Lexus.. Have always driven one thanks to Partha Choudhury…
