Morning rainbow

Cloudy morning and a jewel in the sky. Actually there is a second rainbow to the right but it is very faint. Theoretically, all rainbows have a second rainbow but usually are too faint for the eyes. Can you see the plane taking off from Fort Lauderdale airport in front of the rainbow?

I had logic on my side

I saw this board on the boardwalk and the lady by it was trying to encourage us to come in to the Peruvian restaurant she was hawking for.

I asked her, after reading the board – “Why not just call it Happy Day?”

She asked me to go away. After giving me a menu of the restaurant!!

I still think I had logic on my side.

[Jokes aside, the food looked enticing. We will have dinner there today]

You know it is cold in Atlanta!

That is the plane that just came in from Atlanta and is going to take us back. It is miserably cold and wet in Atlanta right now. You get an idea of it when you notice that the Atlanta based crew, taking advantage of the few minutes of rest between cabin cleaning and emplaning, simply decided to come out of the plane and sit or stand in the staircase to take in some sun!!
