Familiar settings…
Sunday afternoon.
Long run.
Fowler Park.
Atlanta noon sun beating down.

Nevertheless, some good old runners on the trail. Met Lia, Lara and Mukil!
Also saw Joy but she did not recognize me.

Started at a good 9:50 min per mile pace. But by the time the sun was done with me, my average for the full run came down to 10:13

Our annual Bengali community run and picnic. This time we had two dogs who showed up too!

… a little bit of red never hurt any forest either. I was not properly dressed for a 52 degree windy Chicago morning, but had a good run in Busse Forest. Saw a couple of big elks too!

5 mile run and then more importantly Starbucks and chit chat with Lara…

The difference was running with my old buddies. These days, I get mighty bored after the third or fourth mile while running by myself. Running with Lara, Samantha and Bill this morning was totally different. We completed over 9 miles and I still had energy to go a few more.

Felt good after a long run after quite some time! Thanks Bill, Samantha and Lara!
