This picture was taken by Samaresh capturing me trying to take a picture of the rising sun this morning. Incredible vision for composition.

5K. This is where we turned around. Anybody knows where is this?

And when I say early morning, I mean really early. It was dark when we started!!

The temperatures are starting to come down. Put in a 10K with Andrew and Samaresh. There was one guy who was running in the trail with a big flag in his hand (remembrance of Sep 11).

Ran with Samaresh and Andrew Percher this morning. Andrew kept pacing us harder. I was able to keep up for 2.5 miles (and even then he was taking it easy on me) – after that, I had to slow down. 4 miles run with the first mile and last mile coming at 10 min/mile. The second mile was at 9:30 min/mile and the third one at 9:20 min/mile.

4 miles of continuous hills – either going up with the lungs and heart screaming or going down with both the knees screaming!!
