Not that it was not cold for me. However, the one long running pants that I am left with – thanks to minimalism – was packed in the suitcase for the flight to San Fran later today.

It was not too bad actually once I started running…

Went back to an old trail to run hoping the trees would shield me from the wind. It was still fairly cold.

It used to be that I could do the same distance in 5 fewer minutes about 5 years back. But these days, age has caught up. 30 minute 5K is not a everyday thing for me. The beautiful temperatures with the light wind helped a lot.

Could run with short sleeve shirt today. The sun from the clear sky felt great on the skin.

Cold by my standards, anyways. (In the mid 30s)

The weather forecast was for rains to come in an hour. I do not think anybody mentioned that to the rains.

Got completely drenched during my run.

First run after recovering from Covid. I think the fatigue has finally left…
