White rum with ginger beer…

Slightly strange name but great taste if you like lychee (and orange). Lychee liqueur, vodka, orange juice and Angostura bitters. Strictly speaking, I am supposed to throw in a little pineapple juice too but I did not have any fresh pineapple juice and the ones in bottles are too acidic for me.

Great refreshing drink for a nice warm spring day especially if you are sitting outside. Note that I had run out of the two common garnishes – ginger and cucumber. So, I went with a lime wedge which goes very well with cucumber.

Cucumber vodka, Ginger liqueur and ginger ale.

Gin, Apple Brandy, Anisette liquor and grenadine.

White Rum, Sweet Vermouth, Benedictine and Lemon juice
  

Coconut rum, vodka and orange juice

This would be gin, vodka and white chocolate liqueur. Do use cracked ice instead of cubes to mix if you are going to make this at home. The liquids mix better if the temperatures cool down fast…

Rather unique drink in that the cocktail is served in a red wine glass, the orange peel used as a garnish has to be burnt first and you never stir or mix the ingredients – which incidentally, are gin, lillet blanc, triple sec and club soda.
