From the bartender’s corner – Rangpur Rickey
As you might have guessed by now, this is a Rickey made with Tanqueray Rangpur gin. A Rickey has the gin, fresh lime juice, simple syrup and some club soda.
Very refreshing gin drink.
Very close to a Tom Collins
Indeed! They are identical except the juice part – lime versus lemon. That said, gin aficionados will point out that a true Tom Collins is to be made from an Old Tom not the ordinary variety (London Dry) gin.
