Laws of the lane…
Every long caravan of cars on single lane roads is invariably led by a driver over 80 years old driving at half the speed limit.
And “pull over area for slower traffic” signs were invented AFTER they got their driver’s license!!
There are signs now on all Texas 4 lanes stating that left lane is for passing only…. seems to help except when you are passing someone and some yeahoo gets in the right hand lane and tries to push in between you and the vehicle you are passing… there are some really stupid drivers out there!
In similar vein, Cluster theory – on a 3 lane highway , three cars driving parallel to each other at the same speed, thereby ensuring no lanes exist for passing.
Wow! In India you are not allowed to drive at that age !!
