From the bartender’s corner…
This is a shot called Alien Brain Hemorrhage. I am sure you can see the drink and understand the name 🙂 This drink comes as a special request from my favorite friend Jennifer Munroe and with some tips from one of my most favorite bartenders – Chris Wilson from Azul Agave Bar!

I should have shared the contents – peach schnapps, bailey’s Irish cream, blue curaçao and rose grenadine. I want to experiment with midori melon liqueur for some green spots but I am very afraid that it will make the whole schnapps green. Want to try by mixing sugar syrup with a few drops of midori…

Antara, it is a bright green liqueur that tastes somewhat like melon
