I can see how they might want to reach out to both the US-spelling clientele as well as the British-spelling clientele. But what is the connection between paints and sanitation?
Economies of scope. Opportunistic dealership. Retailing in a growth economy. Color down the drain. Take your pick.
Diversifying – in good times, people paint homes, but at all times, they need sanitation!

Ha ha ha.. Good observation. I have seen this in Dum Dum area once before. They in all probability sell both paints and toilet accessories like toilet seats, bidets etc.
Notice the two different spellings of color – one British one US…keeping both sides happy.
Or May be Berger is US company hence – color
