Solo day on the lake

Very quiet lake. But the sun warmed up quickly. Just cruised around at a very slow speed to take in the day. The fall colors are just starting to appear around the lake.

Run in the Alpha Loop extension

Got inspired by Karthik telling me that he is still putting in 3-4 mile run practically everyday at 10 min/mile pace. Went out for a 3 miler myself with some slopes. Was tired enough that I had to come back and sleep it off in the afternoons.
