Rum, Tia Maria, Vodka, Lemon juice and Orange juice. Not sure why it is called “Blue”.

Gin, yellow chartreuse and orange bitters.

Strictly speaking this is not a cocktail. It is a very uncommon liqueur – made from hibiscus flower. A good after dinner drink if you wish to take over a few cubes of ice. Often used in cocktails made from champagne.

I loved the taste and aroma.

In interesting drink – Bailey’s Irish Cream, Blue Curacao, Creme De Banana, Midori Melon Liqueur and milk!!

This one has some really tasty and fragrant liqueurs. Gin, lime juice, elderflower liqueur, hibiscus flower liqueur and then topped off with prosecco.

Rather unimaginatively named, this has, as you must have guessed, Pisco, Elderflower liqueur and lime juice.

This has Rum and Tia Maria.
I get the Jamaican part – the Rum originates from the Caribbean (well actually Columbus brought sugarcane from Spain to the Caribbean and the Caribbeans must have gone – “What good is a nice sweet plant? Let’s leave it for rotting and then drink the juice” 🙂 ). Tia Maria is a coffee liqueur made from Jamaican coffee.

But why the Yo Yo? Is it because the rum makes you sleepy and the coffee keeps you up? 🙂
