From the bartender’s corner: Delhi Dusk

Continuing with the India-themed cocktails.

This is Badam milk (a rich, fragrant Indian drink made from ground almonds, milk, and flavorings like saffron and cardamom) with Smokelabs Vodka (a unique vodka made from basmati rice!) and a dash of Tia Maria coffee liqueur.

Smokelabs is headquartered in Delhi, although the distilleries are in Punjab (and Goa).

Blog Readers from the World

Just hit the 202-country mark this week, with an unknown reader visiting the blog site from Dominica. The only thing I know about Dominica is the name of its capital and the fact that it is one of the rarest of rare flags that has purple color in it!

The world map here shows where all my blog’s readers have come from. Notable exceptions include Turkmenistan and a few African countries.
