Nikita had brought this coffee bean from her trip in Mexico a few months back. Finally, got a chance to open it and taste it.

Our Canadian friends, Sourav and Monolina, gifted us these beans, roasted in Ontario. The beans themselves are sourced from various rainforest regions around the world.

The coffee comes with some wonderfully intriguing names—this one is called Loon Call! And, in true Canadian fashion, the packaging is bilingual: one side is in English, and the other is in French. Very polite. Very Canadian.

Went back to Karak Chai today. I had my first authentic karak chai in Oman, and later with Sharmila in Jordan. After those trips, I drank karak chai every morning for a while.

This morning, I revived the tradition.
