There! Now I have all my accessories arranged by activities…
Arranged by Motorbiking, Running, Unicycling, Skateboarding, Office shoes, Yard work shoes and “Miscellaneous”. Yes! There is always a “Miscellaneous” ๐
In the process, got rid of another four pair of running shoes (had finished their 300 mile life)
As I have said before, roses are notorious to capture in camera (the texture makes it very difficult – although not as difficult as thee moon). While walking away from Yonah Mountain Winery, this was caught my attention. It was barely two and a half centimeters in diameter. My dad used to grow these – I think he called them “button roses”. The structural strength of this rose (it is still blooming) was marvelous!
… as seen today together with a team that has scaled much bigger heights… always pulling each other up… Chris, Matt, Karthik, Sunjay, Garry, Jemin… and many that did not make it today…
Many could not make it but the ones who did was enough to remind me how many strong shoulders I have had the fortune of getting support from in my professional life. One afternoon is too short to say Thank You to Matt and Chris who had welcomed me to Equifax on my first day, Sunjay – who started almost on the same day as me, Karthik – who moved to Atlanta to help me after we had worked together for quite some time in Dallas, Jemin – the ever smiling face that simply seem to get things done without too much fanfare and Garry – my ultimate friend, philosopher and guide!
Thanks to Chris who had picked the place and time. It was a great day to be out and about with some of the best executives I have had a chance to work with.
I have been assembling furniture and other stuff for almost three decades at home. I can’t remember one single time where the assembly instructions start with a polite “Please”!!
This was while fixing a chair for Nikita – from a company called Modway!
… well, really Burnt Mountain. It is like we are trying to make up for our tropical island trips (thanks to Covid) by putting in as much blue in our pictures as possible!!
