Upon seeing this (it was in a winery), my friend Anand – known for his very subtle and dry humor – immediately retorted – “Yeah! But they are correlated”. 🙂

This is the first thing to hit us as two of my colleagues and myself walked into a winery half an hour away from Portland after all our meetings yesterday. I startled my friends – Anand and Mark – and all the people around with my loud laughter.

That is an amazingly great pun with a perfect sense of location!! And I am such a sucker for puns!!

This guy walked into Starbucks ahead of me. Ordered his coffee and sat down. And drank his coffee. No iphone. No earplugs. No laptop.

Just a cup of coffee.

Sat there. Drinking coffee.

In a coffee shop.

A massive DDOS attack (from of a hacking attack) has brought down a lot of social media as well streaming sites like Netflix, Spotify in the US. On a Friday evening! No less!!

Now people have been left with no choice but to (gasp!) talk to each other. Unfortunately, most of their sentences so far have been constructed with the words – “Like”, “Retweet”, “Share” and “Pound Sign” :-)(Apparently some did not get the memo that it is called HashTag 🙂 )

In an unrelated sports news, facing ten month suspension, Ryan Lochte said he is enjoying his new job – a spokesperson for the Kardashians 🙂

The expectations are high tonight! First time this year the two will meet face to face in front of direct and TV audience. And this won’t be the last time for them either.

Once the spotlights are on, expect some fireworks in this clash of oneupmanship. I am sure there will be some chest beating and some name calling as they try to run the other over.

Tomorrow morning will be even more fun as all the columnists try to dissect how each side did on their game plan. The extremely biased audience will surely find somebody else to blame if they find themselves on the losing side tomorrow morning.

But enough about the Falcon – Saints NFL game tonight. What else is going on, folks? 🙂
