This is a simple but refreshing drink with gin, ginger liqueur and cucumber…

This colorful drink has Prosecco, orange juice, cranberry juice and garnished with lemon zest.

This has golden rum, Cointreau and lemon juice.

Good pre-lunch or brunch drink for hot days. Orange vodka, champagne and blue curaçao garnished with a blue cherry. (I had only the red ones).

Again, a warm day poolside drink.

Pineapple rum, triple sec with pineapple juice and cranberry juice .

The color and the froth from pineapple juice shaken makes it almost look like beer!!

For hot days. Good poolside drink. On the sweeter side.
Ingredients include pineapple rum, mango juice, cranberry juice, sprite and lime juice.

This one stings – with its sourness. You can dilute it with tonic water and simple syrup.
The actual ingredients are Pisco, lemon juice and tonic water.

Use lime wedge to garnish and serve in a low ball glass.
I use Fever Tree tonic water from India. Somehow I feel that is better than all other tonic waters…
