In fact, this goes back fifteen years – around the time I had just started running. Running in Dallas area felt surprisingly easier than in Atlanta area. I am sure the flatness of the land had a lot to do with it. My guess is checking out all the new buildings that have cropped up kept me distracted from feeling tired too!

I had my neon clothes on !

– especially when the wind was on my face, but moment I stopped, it felt so hot that I had to dump all my layers. Sat in the sun while sweating (this was 26 degrees F) to catch my breath back.

I was a bit overdressed. It did not feel as cold as thirties should feel!

27 deg F or a nice balmy day as my friends from Chicago would say…

A lot of first time runners and walkers on the trail today in spite of the cold weather. Went to the gym to do some Yoga stretching post run and sure enough… lots of new members!!
