What do you think?

Switched my logo to a new design (see the attached pic)

First, any opinions?

Second, can you guess why I designed the second logo the way it is?

    Very evident visual cues
    Make a difference – doing for the society
    Be different – đŸ™‚
    Sun , skateboard and sail – Island and beaches travel life
    Not so evident which I am guessing are-

    The circle denoting top view of a the central gaab of a tabla radiating 8 beats or taals like kharva or teentaal

    The sail looks similar to a fountain pen nib

    The skateboard looks close to a stirrer for mixology
