From the bartender’s corner: The Jodhpur Jalwa
Continuing with my India-themed cocktails… The base alcohol is Jodhpur Spicy Gin. Aam Panna makes up most of the drink’s body. Mixed a bit of Tajin salt to get some tangy notes. And then, for the nose, I went with grated lime peel and ginger as a garnish on top.
Also, used a short glass to add some novelty.

Can you share the recipe and process?
Harendra,
Add 3 ounces of Aam Panna over 6-8 cubes of ice in a cocktail shaker. Add 1.5 ounces of Jodhpur Gin to it. Shake vigoroulsy.
Pour the drink in a glass with a few fresh ice cubes in it.
Then add 1/4 tsp of Tajin salt and gently stir it with a stirrer (just gentle, circular motion around the inner edge should do it).
Finally, grate some ginger and lime peel on top.
Serve and enjoy!!
