From the bartender’s corner – second cocktail of the evening – Lychee Cooler

You probably have guessed by now – I have a bottle of lychee juice and therefore I am trying to make as many lychee drinks I can.
A lychee cooler is made with vodka, lychee juice, sugar syrup and champagne. Usually it is garnished with a lychee. But this is not summer season. So I used a couple of drops of Midori to give the cool look…
