From the bartender’s corner – Kampai

Sounding distinctly like a South Asian dish, this is actually a nice poolside drink for a hot day. A little on the sweeter side due to the juice.

Dark rum, triple sec, pineapple juice, sweet and sour mix and some bitters. Garnished with a maraschino cherry.
