I am still deathly afraid of speed

Tried to bend the knees and lower the body while going (gentle) downhill. Still very afraid of picking up speed.

Took Phoenix out after almost a week

With the incessant rains in Atlanta and the travel this week, I had not had a chance to take out the motorbike for almost a week. Which meant that a 5 mile ride to the Starbucks inevitably included a 15 mile detour!!

Another barefoot run on the beach

This was not as enjoyable. It was a beautiful sunny day and there were a lot of folks on the beach. That meant I could not run near the water line. Which meant the sand was loose and was giving in nearly one inch with every step.
