From the bartender’s corner – Sidecar 357

This is a variation of the traditional Sidecar. Instead of cognac, you use Tap 357 which is an unique maple whiskey (made from rye and maple) from Canada (Quebec, if I am not very mistaken). The other two ingredients are Cointreau and lime juice.
