10K with the Chalupa group this morning
8:45 min/mile pace. We missed some of our regulars – Sharmila (not well), Indrani (not sure 🙂 ) and Samaresh who is in India. It was good to see Malobika, Ashok, Mrinal-da, Seemitadi, Baisakhi and Puja in the trails..
Rajib, you can still keep up the pace, but I can no longer keep up with that pace any more…
I’ve gotten better in my time!!! (8:37) Also, nice to see these throwbacks!!
