Old running route
Went back to the old Starbucks that I used to run from and then enjoy a coffee. 4-5 days a week – for over 5 years. I can feel the body aging already. The stamina is on the decline. Worse, the drive is waning…

Thank you for that reminder. Need a second wind in my running career though. Maybe I should go back and join a group just to get the discipline.
