Not terribly sure why a lychee based drink is called the “Eye of The Dragon”. Nothing cropped up in my research at least. Refreshing drink though…

Lychee liqueur (I used Soho), Gin (I used Goshawk Gin that I had bought in the Azores islands) and Lychee juice.
