That was a first time…
Can’t remember ever pushing my heart rate to 210. Usually by the time I reach 170, I feel compelled to slow down. The max I remember from the past was 190. Not sure whether this is a measurement issue (Apple Watch) or the heart was really pushed that hard.
Cant be this. Suggest check at a gym. I found variance on the app in android and treadmill at the gym whilst walking.
Be careful either way …
I don’t know how you did that!! I’ve sprinted uphill to try to find my max HR, and thought I was dying. It reached 183! You did almost 30 more!
Wow. I try to cool down once I’ve hit 175.
