A Caroli is very similar to an Once Upon A Time (see yesterday’s cocktail). Both have Gin and Apricot Brandy. However, instead of Lillet Blanc, this has Orange bitters. Both orange bitters and lillet blanc look similar in color. This yesterday’s cocktail looks very much like a Caroli.
