From the bartender’s corner – Yellow Rose of Texas

This refreshing drink with a kick to it was born in the New York famous hotspot called The Anchor (Hudson Square – SOHO area). Usually made from White Tequila, Yellow Chartreuse, lemon juice or pineapple juice and sugar syrup. I used lemon juice.
