Hill runs today

Trying to build in elevation in my runs. Dramatic effect on my speed. 5 miles of run in the hills with total elevation gain of 550 feet. My average speed came down to 11 min/mile!!

    Taking small steps and keeping head down is the key..and sometimes run down and come back up. Running or Biking hills is lot of life lessons

      Yes..keeps your heart rate down..and more importantly does not let you get initimidated when you see the height..maybe this was how the saying started about keeping your head down and working hard 🙂
