This is why I run…

After a 10 mile run, breakfast is kachori and aloor dum. For the uninitiated, these are soaked in diesel – okay, maybe not diesel – still some oil and full of white potatoes. The whole spectrum of heart attack to obesity is fully covered. Indian meal after a run is like a big “Undo” button.
