Different kind of Puzzle – more of a trivia question

I took this grainy picture as I was driving last evening. It was very cloudy and the picture is not the best. But here is a question. There is something unique about the flag that you see. Can you guess what it is?

I will give you two hints – Look at the relative size of the car on the highway. And the other hint is I was in Wisconsin last evening.

Sheboygan, Wisconsin, is home to the nation’s tallest flagpole at 400 feet, courtesy Acuity Insurance … This flagpole hoists a flag which measures 60 by 120 feet … The stars on the flag are 3 feet high and the stripes are 4 1/2 feet wide … Interestingly, this pole was anchored by 680 cubic yards of concrete and contains three pendulum-style tuned mass dampers to reduce movement and vibration by the elements of nature … The last tallest flagpole was in Loredo, Texas, and was nearly 100 feet shorter … Mr. Roger Whitney might have a point here ๐Ÿ™‚
