Rum, Tia Maria, Vodka, Lemon juice and Orange juice. Not sure why it is called “Blue”.

Perhaps related to the Jamaicans from blue mountain
That would make perfect sense since you are supposed to use Anejo Rum
Or, could be how you feel the next morning after a few of these? Or based on the amount of booze- just one?!
