I think my Facebook friends want me to put on weight :-)
Flying back home, I checked my Facebook account and was skimming thru the comments to see if I needed to respond to any of them. (Heaven knows I respond even when I do not need to 🙂 ).
It is then that I noticed something. More Facebook friends like my pictures when I am sitting down than when I am running 🙂 Last running post – 2 likes. The one before that where I was sitting on a bench – 35 likes!!! Prior to that – me running with Samaresh – 11 likes. And right before that, me sitting at Starbucks – 20 likes.
Either my FB friends want me to stop running and put on weight or they are much relieved when I actually survive a run and sit down 🙂
Na re tui daurono charish na..dauro..kintu diner sheshe…cocktail ta banash..
Don’t stop running, your running makes us feel young
Re Ajanta Dasgupta…o daurono charbe tor mane hai…ektu just bajia nelo…
Maybe you write more about the pictures where you’re sitting doen. Correlation is not causation 🙂
Have you considered a new position in between sitting & runnning to get more likes?
Don’t stop running
…or, we feel guilty not doing it ourselves!
Keep running. Since when do you give a damn to what others ( let alone your fb friends) think ?
In the long run it is you, Rajib Roy! It doesn’t matter whether you are standing up , sitting down, reclining with feet up and head precariously on the edge of the sofa, or in a state of perpetual run, you are our own, our beloved Rajib! Maybe your running shots doesn’t focus you particularly. You seem to blend with the running trail except for the bright running clothes .On the contrary you take the centre stage when you sit down, everything else is secondary and you attract more likes!
He just made sure you like his running posts from now on! Whenever you see his next running post, you will remember this post and like it. Honey pot 😉
By extension of that thought process, Rupak, it can be equally argued that I just made sure you will not like by sitting posts from now on!!
Keep posting 🙂
Run Forrest Run 🙂 🙂
Rajib Roy, I have been a big fan of your posts – running, sitting, laying, you in it, or not 😉
Return of the ‘dak horkora’……
